Shop Fancy Return Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from Shop Fancy! However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our policy carefully before submitting your return.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Visit our  RETURNS PORTAL
  2.  Enter your order number and zip code.
  3.  Print your return label and packing slip.
  4. Ship your item(s) back to us.

You must complete the return form in the Returns Portal before mailing your items back.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns received after 14 days are not eligible.

  • Returns over 30 days old will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items discounted 30% or more

  • All sale or clearance items

  • Holiday items

  • Mystery bags

  • Accessories

  • Leggings

  • Bodysuits

  • Graphic tees

  • Shoes

  • Swimwear

  • Athletic wear (leggings, biker shorts, shorts with liners, athletic tanks, bras/camisoles)

  • Lifestyle items (all lifestyle items) (aka all fancy the brand items.)

Due to hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and similar garments will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

  • If a final sale item is returned, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

  • If a late return is accepted, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

  • Shoes returned improperly (see below) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition:

  • No makeup stains

  • No deodorant marks

  • No perfume scent

  • No cigarette smell

  • No pet hair

  • No stains of any kind

Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

Shoe Return Guidelines

  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.

  • The shoe box must be placed inside another shipping box.

  • Do NOT place shipping labels directly on the shoe box.

  • Shoes returned with labels on the box or shipped in a bag will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Packing Instructions

  • Include your packing slip (found inside your original package).

  • Wrap items neatly in protective paper.

  • Ship items securely to prevent damage.


Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return is received.

  • Store credit will be issued via email.

  • App purchases will receive store credit directly in your Shop Fancy App account.

  • If a return label was used, the label cost will be deducted from your store credit.

  • App returns are typically credited within 2–5 business days after receipt.

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery via email or through our Returns Portal.

App Purchase Returns

If you purchased through our app, use the provided return link to generate your return label. Store credit will be issued to your app account once processed.

About Re:Do (Free Returns Option)

  •  Add Re:Do ($1.98)** at checkout to receive **free unlimited returns for store credit** if needed.
  • If you do not purchase Re:Do, you may still return through the portal and purchase a discounted shipping label.


 Order Cancellations & Changes

We are unable to cancel or modify any order once it has been placed, for any reason.
If eligible, you may return the item once it is received.
